Use `flatten-tree' in Tramp

* lisp/net/tramp-compat.el (tramp-compat-flatten-tree): New defun.
(tramp-compat-flatten-list): Remove.

* lisp/net/tramp-sudoedit.el (tramp-sudoedit-send-command): Use it.
